Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally - there are several shipping options available for each of the regions. Please read the shipping policy before placing the order to choose the right shipping option for you.

How fast do you process the order?
We typically ship out the goods already the next business day after order confirmed - please note that we operate GMT+2 time zone. During holiday and other high-peak season there could be 2-4 day delays for Standard Post order preparation / processing.
How long does the shipping take?
You can see exact shipping estimates for your order during check-out. Standard delivery time in business days (weekends and holidays excluded) from the moment of ship-out depends on your location:

Can I check the status of my international order?
All orders where technically applicable OKendama has tracking available. To check the status of your order or track your package, please login to your Okendama.com account and scroll down to “Order Status”. You will receive tracking number based on your shipping choice once your order is fulfilled - you can further follow your package on respective carrier tracking website.
Please note that POST Delivery options do not provide any tracking between countries, e.g. you will see package tracking only in dispatch and destination countries. POST shipments door delivery is done by your national POST operator, for instance it's Posta Romana in Romania, USPS in USA, or Royal mail in UK.
How much for the shipping?
Shipping cost highly depend on your shipping region as well as package weight and your chosen shipping method. Exact shipping rates with several shipping options and delivery time estimates are available during check-out process.
Do I have to pay any extra taxes?
We are from Europe, so all orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs processing fees, or other charges levied by your local country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Is my package insured? What to do if it does not delivered within a reasonable time-frame?
Courier and Priority Post shipments are trackable and fully insured. If there's any meaningful delay or you think that package could be lost, please revert to Okendama.com customer service team by emailing to info@okendama.com.
NB! Please note if you choose STANDARD POST - there's no package insurance available.

Failed deliveries / return to sender?
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, you may be charged a reshipment fee. If you request a refund instead of reshipment, original shipping costs / return costs (and any duties paid) are not refundable.
Can I return my international order?
Yes, we do accept international returns. However, please be advised that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Simply email us at cs@okendama or info@okendama.com to notify us of your return and then send your return package to the following address:
