If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from SmartRobby SIA. for any reason, you have fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within fourteen (14) days of delivery date. To request an RMA, write to email@example.com
- Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in original packaging.
- All accessories originally included with your Product must be included with your return.
* Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless SmartRobby SIA determines that.
If you wish to exchange to another item (e.g. a different design), please notify our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and additional shipping charges can be applied to sending out the exchanged item (shipping charges vary according to the selected method of delivery).
If you return Product to SmartRobby SIA (a) without an RMA request or (b) without all parts included in the original package, SmartRobby SIA retains the right to either refuse returns that do not comply with conditions (a) or (b) refuse replacement or refund.
A refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method within two (2) weeks after receiving your return and once the merchandise has undergone a quality control check.
If the returned item has clear signs of use, SmartRobby SIA reserves the right to issue a partial refund by deducting an amount equal to the damage.
